The Addams Family Mansion

At least one person, on hearing this question, was not impressed to get a second successive either/or question (see Question 17). It's either the Addams family or the Munsters, isn't it?

In fact it's even more confusing than it may seem at first sight. In a nutshell, the Addams Family mansion would appear to have no definitive address.

The Addams family first appeared in 1938 in a series of cartoons, published in the New Yorker magazine. The first television series aired from 1964 to 1966, and the family was introduced to a new generation in a 1991 film, which had two sequels.

All Wikipedia has to say on the subject of the Addams family's address is "In the original comics series they live in a gothic house on Cemetery Ridge. According to the television series, they live in a gloomy mansion adjacent to a cemetery and a swamp. In The Addams Family musical (first shown in Chicago in 2009), the house is located in Central Park."

An Addams Family fandom website gives "the original address of the Addams Family" (in the original 1960s television series) as 0001 Cemetery Lane. But for the late–1990s television series The New Addams Family, "The address was also changed to 1313 Cemetery Lane, perhaps in a reference to 1313 Mockingbird Lane, the home of The Munsters."

A website calling itself The Unofficial Addams Family HQ gives three slightly different addresses: 001 Cemetery Lane, Greenbriar; 001 Cemetery Lane, Woodlawn; and 001 North Cemetery Drive, Greenbriar. "Greenbriar and Woodlawn", it tells us, "are areas or sub–divisions of their mythical city, though no city or state is given."

These last two are obviously fan sites, and I would hesitate to describe them as "definitive". But as we've seen, Wikipedia gives no actual address for the Addams family, and I can find nothing on any more authoritative site.

So, like I said: the Addams Family mansion would appear to have no definitive address. The one given in the question is certainly one of the candidates, so the answer to the question has to be "the Addams Family". But I do agree that this is an either/or question – particularly in view of the additional confusion arising from the inclusion of the number 1313.
